意大利琴酒品牌Portofino Dry Gin推出Portofino Botanical Spirit: Light Edition，这款中度植物烈酒以20%的酒精浓度呈现，是旗舰金酒更轻盈、更多元的演绎，保留品牌标志性的地中海风味，面向不断增长的适度饮酒需求。品牌联合创始人兼首席执行官Ruggero Raymo表示，这款产品的想法来自观察而非潮流：围绕饮酒的仪式感依然存在，但人们希望体验它的方式正在演变，消费者越来越多地寻找经典鸡尾酒的低酒精替代品，以及更轻盈的餐前酒风格饮品。

As consumers increasingly seek lower-alcohol alternatives to classic cocktails and lighter, aperitivo-style drinks, this taste of the Italian coastline was developed to meet an ever-growing need.
“The idea for Portofino Botanical Spirit came from an observation rather than a trend: the rituals around drinking remain, but the way people want to experience them is evolving,” explains Portofino Dry Gin’s co-founder and CEO, Ruggero Raymo.
“A weekday aperitivo isn’t the same as a Saturday night, just as a long lunch isn’t the same as a late-night drink. People still value these moments, but they are increasingly adapting the intensity of what they drink to the occasion. And this isn’t something that happened overnight.
“If you look back a generation, stronger drinks were part of many familiar rituals, from a caffè corretto to an after-dinner digestif. Those occasions haven’t disappeared, our relationship with alcohol within them has simply changed.
