Black Pearl is a blend of eau-de-vie, chosen by cellar master Baptiste Loiseau with the aim of recreating the conditions of its Le Grollet cellar.
At its core is an eau-de-vie that Loiseau chose from the Cognac house’s historic collection of demijohns.
The cellar master infused the eau-de-vie in a single tierçon from Le Grollet to create a singular blend.
Tasting notes include warm spices, rancio, nutmeg, and hints of chocolate.
