英国酒类贸易协会呼吁政府削减酒税 警告行业已在崩溃边缘
在10月28日秋季预算案公布前，英国葡萄酒与烈酒贸易协会（WSTA）致函财政大臣，呼吁政府放弃2027年2月再度上调酒税的计划，并「大胆尝试新方向」直接减税。协会指出，自2023年8月烈酒税创纪录上调10.1%以来，英国烈酒销量下滑15.3%，静酒下滑8%，加强型葡萄酒跌幅超过22%。若按零售价格指数（RPI）再涨2.9%，一瓶37.5度金酒的税负将增加31便士、一瓶40度苏格兰威士忌增加34便士。协会强调烈酒是2025-26财年英国受冲击最重的酒类品类。

Duty on alcohol in the UK is expected to rise by 2.9% in February 2027 Ahead of the Autumn Budget, which will be delivered on 28 October, the Wine and Spirit Trade Association (WSTA) has urged the UK government to rethink its plan to increase alcohol duty.
The WSTA said that since the first major alcohol duty increase in August 2023 – when it rose by a record-breaking 10.1% for spirits – spirit volumes in the UK have fallen by 15.3%, still wine volumes by 8%, and fortified wine by more than 22%.
Alcohol duty in the UK has risen twice since 2023, in line with the retail price index (RPI).
Should it rise again as currently anticipated in February 2027, tax on spirits will increase by 2.9% in line with RPI in UK supermarkets.
