Sazerac签署协议收购英国Au Vodka品牌 含RTD鸡尾酒产品线
美国烈酒巨头Sazerac（BuzzBallz母公司）已签署约束性协议，收购英国Au Vodka品牌及其即饮鸡尾酒（RTD）产品线。Au Vodka由Charlie Morgan和Jackson Quinn于2015年在威尔士斯旺西创立，目前雇用80人。DJ Charlie Sloth后来以投资者和董事身份加入。该交易是Sazerac通过投资品牌扩展全球产品组合战略的一部分，英国被视为Sazerac的关键市场。交易条款保密，需完成常规交割条件后生效。
Buzzballz owner Sazerac has signed a deal to acquire UK-based Au Vodka brand along with its line of ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails.
The signed binding agreement is subject to standard completion conditions and is expected to be completed within weeks.
Sazerac has stated that the terms of the transaction will remain confidential.
The deal is part of Sazerac’s strategy to expand its business by investing in brands and enhancing its global portfolio to engage with consumers. The UK is considered a key market for Sazerac.
Au Vodka was founded in 2015 by Charlie Morgan and Jackson Quinn in Swansea, Wales. DJ Charlie Sloth later became involved as an investor and director.
