帝亚吉欧同意出售安大略省阿默斯特堡装瓶工厂
皇冠威士忌母公司帝亚吉欧已签署协议，出售其位于安大略省阿默斯特堡的装瓶工厂。该工厂于去年12月挂牌出售，买家身份未披露。帝亚吉欧表示，此举是其持续优化供应链策略的一部分，旨在聚焦核心生产设施。
Crown Royal owner Diageo has agreed to sell its bottling plant in Amherstburg, Ontario, which was listed for sale last December. Diageo did not disclose the identity of the buyer.
A spokesperson from the company said: We can confirm that a purchase sale agreement for the Amherstburg facility has been reached. We continue to evaluate our operations to ensure we have the right network to support the growth of our brands.
The Amherstburg facility has been an important part of Diageo Canadian supply chain. The sale is part of Diageo ongoing portfolio optimization strategy as the company focuses on its core production facilities.
