保乐力加收购Italicus剩余股份 实现对阿佩利提夫品牌全资控股
法国酒业巨头保乐力加收购了阿佩利提夫（开胃酒）品牌Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto的剩余股份，实现对该品牌的全资控股。Italicus自2020年起进入保乐力加投资组合，当时双方各持股约50%。该品牌由意大利调酒师兼烈酒专家Giuseppe Gallo于2016年创立，是一款超高端香柠檬风味开胃酒，酒精度20%，以西西里柑橘、卡拉布里亚香柠檬橙等为原料，在都灵附近的一家家族蒸馏厂以薰衣草、龙胆和黄花蒸馏制成。最新收购交易的财务细节未予披露，Gallo仍留任品牌。
French firm Pernod Ricard has acquired the remaining shares in Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto apéritif following its initial investment in 2020.
Italicus has been part of Pernod Ricard’s portfolio since 2020 - Pernod Ricard invested in Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto in March 2020 to establish it as one of the world’s most successful aperitivo brands.
Italicus is a super-premium, bergamot-infused apéritif launched in 2016 by mixologist and Italian spirits expert Giuseppe Gallo.
Sitting at 20% ABV, the apéritif is made with botanicals such as Sicilian citrus and Calabrian bergamot oranges, and distilled with lavender, gentian, and yellow rose at a family-owned distillery near Turin.
Under the deal struck in 2020, both Pernod Ricard and Gallo reportedly held 50% of the brand.
