舍得酒业「80后」唐珲一肩挑董事长兼总裁 直面营收利润双降
舍得酒业（600702.SH）于9月29日完成第十二届董事会换届，46岁的唐珲当选董事长并继续兼任总裁，首次打破复星入主后决策权与经营权分设的治理模式。新一届高管团队6人中4位为「80后」。在次高端白酒深度调整、渠道库存高企的背景下，公司2026年上半年营收22.86亿元、同比下降15.34%，净利润1.45亿元、同比下降67%。两大股东将决策与经营权集中交付唐珲，意在缩短决策链、提升战略执行效率。
