美国精酿蒸馏厂数量持续下滑 关停数量首超新开

The number of craft distillers in the US fell by 6.6% in the 12 months to August 2026, while volume and value sales declined for the third year in a row.
The American Craft Spirits Association (ACSA) has released its annual Craft Spirits Data Project (CSDP), compiled with Park Street. Measured for the 12 months to August each year, the report presents data on the number, size, and impact of craft spirits producers in the US.
Last year’s edition of the report revealed that the number of active craft distillers in the US plummeted by 25% to 2,282.
Though not as steep a decline, the 2026 report found that there were 2,131 craft distillers operating in the US as of August this year, making a 6.6% drop year on year.
This is also the first time closures have outpaced openings since the CSDP was introduced in 2016, according to the ACSA.
